Step One...
Change your diet...
There are two well
tested diets on this site.
- The Anti-IBS Diet -
this is the easiest diet to implement. It gives
excellent control of IBS symptoms when combined with
a relaxation therapy.
- The Optimum
Anti-IBS Diet
- this is a high performance diet. It uses the foods that you are designed to
eat. It gives superb control of IBS symptoms when
combined with a relaxation therapy.

Step Two...
Practise a Relaxation
Therapy
Stress releases adrenal hormones. These
hormones pump up your autonomic nervous system and since
IBS is a disorder of this system, elevated hormone levels
increase the severity of IBS. Because of this, just
changing your diet is often not 100% effective. By doing a short
daily practice session of about 30-45 minutes, you can
learn to destress and control your remaining symptoms. After a few
months, when you have learned the technique,
the frequency
of practice sessions can be reduced to two or three a
week,
and after a few years of practise all stress disappears
forever.

Step Three...
Read... The
Cause of IBS
Learn all about the
nervous system fault(s) that are causing your IBS.
The
understanding will help YOU to be in control.
